Why we built it
I once watched my mom let a stranger take over her laptop to “fix” it. She couldn't tell what he was doing. Neither could I.
Getting help on a screen has always meant one of two things: trusting a person completely, or wrestling with a tool the people who need it most can never figure out.
AnyHand is the version I wished existed that night. An AI that gets onto the screen, does the thing in full view, and leaves. You always see it. You can always stop it. That is the entire point.
